Our Pre-K Program is designed especially for little movers who are just getting started on their dance journey! With a fun blend of Ballet and Jazz Funk this program introduces young dancers to movement in a way that builds confidence, social skills, and body awareness—all in a playful, nurturing environment.

Level 1 is the perfect introduction to dance for your little Dancer! This class is designed for young dancers to explore ballet, tap, and jazz in a fun, upbeat environment that encourages imagination, social growth, and confidence. Dancers will learn basic steps, classroom structure, and how to express themselves through movement—all while making new friends and having a blast!

Level 2 is where the fun really begins! Dancers build confidence and grow their skills in ballet, tap, and jazz while developing musicality, coordination, and stage presence. This program is all about strengthening technique, exploring style, and having a blast in a positive, high-energy environment.

Level 3 is where dancers ages 7–9 begin to take their training to the next level! This exciting program blends the fun and energy dancers love with a growing focus on technique, musicality, and fundamentals in ballet, jazz, and tap. While we keep things positive and engaging, dancers are encouraged to build discipline, confidence, and strong classroom habits that set them up for continued success.

Our tumbling program is skill-based, allowing each student to progress at the level that is right for them. Instructors work individually with tumblers down the mat, focusing on proper technique, strength, confidence, and skill development.
These classes are designed to help each tumbler build a strong foundation while continuing to progress toward more advanced skills.

Our Hip Hop Core program is designed to build confidence, musicality, coordination, and strong hip hop foundations at every age. Dancers learn age-appropriate movement, choreography, and performance skills while continuing to grow throughout each level.
Each level is designed to grow with your dancer, introducing new skills and more challenging choreography as they progress.

At AT&CO, we offer even more ways for dancers to strengthen their training! These classes fall outside of our core programs and give dancers additional opportunities to build technique, strength, versatility, and confidence.
These classes are a great way for dancers to supplement their weekly training, focus on specific areas, and continue growing in the studio.
